“WHAT’S UP HOUSEWORK! Let’s get this party started! I’ve been dancing my whole life and started teaching group fitness about 10 years ago. I fell in love with teaching fitness because it allows me to blend my love for music, movement, and community while helping to make YOUR life a little bit brighter each day! When I’m not teaching, you can catch me walking the West Side Highway with my dog Ruby by day and out on the town with my girls with a spicy marg in hand by night. One fun fact about me is that I am also a HUGE musical theatre girly and am secretly hoping for the day that I can play a “Defying Gravity” remix in class (please Syd I’m begging).

Hi beautiful people! I am so incredibly excited to sculpt, dance, and sweat with you all at HOUSEWORK. I’ve been moving all my life, dancing since I was 4. I left the ballet world at 18 and immediately finding fitness really helped me heal my relationship with movement. About three years ago, I became a Pilates instructor. Then, a year and a half ago, I finally became a spin instructor – my version of being a DJ :). Teaching at HOUSEWORK feels like a full-circle moment, bringing everything I love together. I’m super grateful for this opportunity and excited to build a bigger community with you all! When I’m not teaching, I’m locking into self-care – charging my crystals, lighting a candle, and doing a face mask. Or I’m out on the town with friends. WORK HARD PLAY HARD BABY!!!!!!!

Hi friends!! I can't wait to move and groove with you all in class! Since I was 4 years old, dance has consumed my life in the best way possible and I finally moved to NYC to pursue my dream of being a professional dancer. After being a Knicks City Dancer for the last few seasons, I am so excited to embark on a new journey with the HOUSEWORK team. Fitness and dance go hand and hand so when I was introduced to Housework I knew it was the perfect way for me to dive into the fitness world! When I’m not teaching, you can find me in a dance class, reading my devotionals, getting dressed up and going to dinner, or having an espresso martini with the girls! I’ve been teaching fitness for over 8 years - everything from dance cardio to barre - and what I love most is creating the kind of energy that lifts you up, fuels your confidence, and makes you feel like the unstoppable main character that you are. I’ve been in love with dance, pilates, and house music forever, so the pink room is basically my dream world come to life. I work in fashion marketing full time, but outside of that I’m all about movement and rejuvenation. When I’m not teaching, you’ll catch me wandering through Brooklyn double-fisting a coffee and sweet treat, making my way through my never-ending book list in Prospect Park, tending to my plant babies at home with my oil diffusers and salt lamps, or chefing up a spicy new recipe.
