  • HOUSEWORK is more than a workout—it's a dynamic, music-powered journey for your body and mind. This full-body method is the perfect balance of low impact Pilates-based exercises paired with higher intensity cardio and strength, all choreographed to the beat of the music.

    Each week you will learn a new routine that fuels you with confidence, strength and a sense of mastery when the routine just clicks. No matter which instructor or class time you take, we will all be moving to the same playlist and choreography together.

  • Booking opens 7 days in advance for each class.  If you’d like to book a 9AM, you would book that class at 9AM 7 days prior.

  • We understand that life happens! Please make sure to cancel 24 hours ahead of class so we can put your class credit back in your account.

  • YES! We have a total of 8 showers and our locker rooms are fully equipped with everything you need to get ready after class, including premium products from our favorite brands.

  • No, we have all the equipment you need for class including light and medium weights, sliders, and custom Stakt mats in the studio.  We recommend wearing sneakers - preferably indoor sneakers ;) 

  • YES! We livestream all HOUSEWORK studio classes so you can feel the energy right from home. You can sign up HERE.  We also offer on demand content on our HOUSEWORK app. 

  • The HOUSEWORK app has over 300+ on demand workouts you can take from anywhere! Ranging from 5-50 minutes, the HOUSEWORK app includes slow burn focused workouts, cardio workouts, targeted workouts for arms, abs, etc, and body weight workouts you can do anywhere! All of our workouts on the app are taught by Sydney to the beat of the music and will leave you feeling stronger and uplifted.
